The European Parliament's new AI Act
The European AI Regulation highlights the need for our AI Driver’s License. According to Article 3, paragraph 56, AI competence must be defined – that is, the ability to use AI systems competently and to be aware of the opportunities and risks. Article 4 requires that employees be trained in this area and will apply from February 2, 2025.
