The soluzione42 Self-Service for Evergreen IT consists of three core components. The backend is the knowledge library soluzione42 Bib. The central database stores all learning content of your company (standard content in 7 languages, company-specific content and use cases). The high level of detail is unique: every program function is explained. The knowledge library can be used via two front ends: with the soluzione42 App, which interacts seamlessly with your applications, and via the web user interface soluzione42 Web.

The simple and intuitive app interacts seamlessly with supported applications such as Office 365, Microsoft productivity tools and Windows.
