Personalized training – The flexible help environment is designed to accommodate each user’s individual needs and learning-style preferences. The system provides multiple media formats for accessing its wealth of knowledge/skills.
Detail-rich content – Each topic is thoroughly described in fine detail. For Microsoft Office alone, there are approximately 2,000 training units.
Migration help – A simulated, interactive user-interface that closely resembles older program versions facilitates the transfer of existing skills to the new user interface.
