soluzione42 Content Management System
This user-friendly backend gives you the ability to customizeindependenttraining modules and to add new content to the soluzione42 Library.
Using the soluzione42 CMS (Content Management System), you can yourself publish new training/informationcontent by adding it to the soluzione42 Library whenever you have it available. This means that your employees, while using the soluzione42 Client, will be able to immediately access the latest content just as soon as it’s been published to the Library.
You can add all kinds of information to the soluzione42 Library: content relating to Microsoft applications, specialized applications, or to any other knowledge category. The soluzione42 CMS enables you to integrate new knowledge units (objects) in multiple media formats, for example: descriptive documents, film simulations or compact guides.
In addition, you can add metadata to your knowledge units to associate them with other objects, so that soluzione’s semantic search function will show users not only the most relevant search results, but also closely related topics, thus giving them a means to expand their overall knowledge/skills.
You can yourself manage and edit existing training units. To accomplish this, the soluzione42 Library allows you to easily check objects in and out of the library for the purpose of enhancing or editing them. You can also modify course structures, customize metadata entries and manage versions (Microsoft Evergreen). In the recommended solutions area, you can specify which training units you believe deserve your employees’ special attention.
The soluzione42 CMS was conceived to fulfill its clients’ requirements for collaborative creation, modification and organization of training/information content. With that in mind, it is also planned to provide clients with workflow support, which will include the ability to assign various roles to users – roles such as author, translator, editor and supervisor. This implementation will include the ability to assign access/editing permissions to individual persons and content categories.
