For our Customer Success Management department, we are therefore looking for dedicated team members for freelance work/mini-jobs/working student contracts.
Your tasks
Contact our customers and support them in personal onboarding sessions.
Conduct regular meetings to measure success and optimize.
Identify our customers’ needs and challenges.
Create and implement customized campaigns for our customers.Evaluate statistics, discuss them with customers, and plan next steps.
Work closely with our sales, marketing, and production departments.
You should bring...

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Service-oriented, reliable, and independent work
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
- Availability: Immediately or later for at least 8 hours per week
