You’re not only familiar with terms like VUCA and user adoption from specialist literature, but you live and breathe their values and enjoy guiding stakeholders and users into this world. Main tasks
- Support your customer from onboarding to the global rollout of our software.
- You are the customer’s primary contact and understand their needs and key project and business goals to be achieved with our solutions.
- You create action plans and concepts that help your customer achieve their goals.
- Conduct webinars and workshops at the customer’s site or online (currently mostly online).
- You enjoy presenting our solutions in live demo sessions and inspiring users to use our tools.
- You understand how to interpret project goals and usage statistics and ensure their achievement through consulting and action.
- As a Customer Success Manager, you are an important interface with all other departments at soluzione: You report upselling opportunities directly to Sales, and our
- Content Production department welcomes customer feedback and requests for new topics.
- You can centrally contribute ideas for new features, thus initiating an evaluation for management and product development.
- You are fluent in presentations and business negotiations in German and English.
- Change and new topics don’t scare you; instead, you are motivated to continuously learn.
